This guided meditation uses white light to purify and cleanse your body and being. It’s relaxing and comforting. I like to use it any time, but especially when I feel stressed or disturbed in some way. As you get used to using it, you’ll find you can do a quickie process when you’re out in the world, by picturing it taking place in the back of your mind. It can bring an instant feeling of protection and peace of mind if you find yourself in a fearful or disquieting situation.
